You KNOW you need to make your property fire-safe this summer, or risk facing a $5000 fine, but do you know HOW to do it or WHO to help you? 

All properties in the shire need to be fire compliant by the 6^th December and remain so until 12^th May 2012.

If you are living too far away, or don’t have the time or the knowledge to decipher everything and then find someone to do the work, then we can help you.

1. Fill out this form with some simple information about your property and your contact details, and confirm you would like us to visit your property to assess. To visit your property, assess, provide our recommendations and take photos is only $97+gst for any property within 15km of Cowaramup town*. If the work is undertaken, it also includes a return visit and “after” photos that will be sent to you.
2. We will send you an invoice for the assessment, if you are happy to proceed, please pay and confirm with us.
3. We’ll go out to your property, and assess it, based on its location, and the type of property and advise you of what is required. Then, let us know if you would like us to arrange a quote for the works and we'll get onto it right away.
4. If  you are happy to proceed, please pay the invoice and we will arrange for the work to be complete. Work will endeavor to be completed within 10 working days.

 With most properties needing to be compliant by the 6^th December 2011, it is important to get your assessment booked in now so the correct work can be done in time. This is a first in, first served basis.

Next year, with your property details to hand, it won’t be such a rush, but this year, it is important to get your property booked in and the work done.
